These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site") and the services of EMPOWERED CONSULTING & INSURANCE LLC, operating as Empower Health Benefits ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent insurance agency run by Jorge Soba, a licensed insurance advisor in the State of Florida. By using this Site, requesting a quote, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We help consumers compare, enroll in, and service health, Medicare, and supplemental insurance products. Quotes are estimates, not binding offers of coverage. Coverage is subject to carrier approval, underwriting, and the terms of the applicable policy.
2. No Insurance Contract Created by Use of This Site
Using this Site, submitting a form, or speaking with us does not create an insurance contract. No coverage exists until a carrier approves an application and issues a policy, and any required premium is paid.
3. Information Is for General Purposes Only
Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for individualized advice, a guarantee of coverage or premium, or tax, legal, or financial advice. Where the Site and a policy differ, the policy controls.
4. SMS/Text Messaging & TCPA Consent
By submitting the contact form, you may check a separate, unchecked box authorizing calls and text messages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"). Jorge Soba is licensed to sell insurance in the State of Florida (NPN: 17893420) and solicits only in states where a valid license and appointment are held.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
